1. General information

These terms govern the use of the Froggy Paws online store and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

We describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary between screens. Prices and the currency charged are shown in the store and at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties and any charges are displayed at checkout where collected. Shipping is free.

3. Orders

You will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order because of a pricing error, unavailable stock or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through payment providers integrated with Shopify. We do not store your complete card details.

5. Shipping

6. Returns and guarantees

Our 30-day satisfaction policy is detailed in the Refund Policy. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Product use

The raincoat is clothing for pets. Supervise your dog while it is wearing the garment and choose the size according to its measurements.

8. Intellectual property

Website text, images and designs may not be copied or used without authorization, except where permitted by law.

9. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
