Free shipping

All orders include free shipping, with no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is normally 5–12 business days for Spain and Portugal, and 7–20 business days for the United States and other destinations.

These are estimates. High demand, public holidays, carrier delays, customs and weather may affect delivery times.

Tracking

We will email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Customs and import charges

Orders may be shipped internationally. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination and are payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.

Delivery address

Check your address before ordering. If you find an error, contact froggypawsstore@outlook.com as soon as possible. We will try to correct it before dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If more than 25 business days have passed since dispatch and your order has not arrived, contact us. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. Contact us with photographs if your package arrives damaged.
