We want you and your dog to love your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return for a refund of the product price.

How to request a return

Email froggypawsstore@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply within 48 business hours with instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending a return so that we can identify and process it.

Return conditions

Return the product unused or in the condition in which you received it, clean and, where possible, in its original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We recommend tracked shipping.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with photographs within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. This does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.

Size exchanges

If the size does not fit your dog, contact us for help arranging an exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds

We will notify you by email after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need additional time to display the credit.

Statutory rights

This voluntary 30-day policy does not restrict cancellation rights, conformity guarantees or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Where a statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, our satisfaction guarantee extends the return request period to 30 days.
